I was interviewed due to my extensive experience: Geoff Williams, Williams Electric, Oakland 510 339-5601, having removed over 3,000 of these panels, Federal Pacific Stab Lok, Sylvania Zinsco panels, knob and tube panels, Edison based fuse panels, shot gun shell panels, fused panels, counterfeit Square D panels, and oxydized panels that have become dangerous. By my own hands, not by hired hands, unlike most of my competitors. I also charge less than many of these competitors. Check out any of them on yelp. I use specialized vehicles designed only for this work, unlike many of my competitors, who use simple vans, with little tools/materials stocked, and often then violate code due to the extra trouble of going to the supply store and obtaining the correct parts so that code is not violated. I do all the work, all the estimates, and have been in over 12,000 client homes, in my time, including estimates on jobs I did not get, without one pet going missing, one thing stolen, one piece of furniture being damaged, and with all the noise, dirt, extra expenses and danger with splices and lines going bad, or over stapled, or not run up to code, or any accident happening on site, no one has been hurt, no fire started, no claim on my bond, no insurance claim on my record, no criminal history, no dmv tickets.

What I have accomplished is almost impossible. Hundreds of thousands of connections, 2,000 pg&e main panels changed, 3,000+ dangerous sub panels changed, 3,000+ knob and tube systems worked on or estimated, and an average of 5-10 trips inside clients homes during work, each trip in and out a new opportunity for disasters of all types to occur, and the only negative reviews of me have come from a guy I had a run in with on a tennis court over court time. Everybody gets burned in business sometimes, and we have not been spared entirely. We’ve been burned by those we trusted occasionally, and sometimes that has been due to my mistakes. But I have learned from those mistakes and improved myself and my treatment of clients. I believe in Karma, and treat clients like friends, who I like, and love their pets, and respect their families and all others on site, bringing them power, coffee, water, fruit, and treats so that we can all enjoy our jobs.
